The seminar will focus on the three key topics of Culture, Economy and Participation. Each of these themes provides an entry point that enables the group to explore how feminist work is constrained by pre-existing systems of control and what are effective forms of resistance. The inter-related conditions that define how culture is constructed, financed and enforced have to be addressed by a feminist project that aims for real change.
The seminar provides time for introductory positions, followed by moderated discussions, work groups and closing addresses.
